Proven at the pit

Before England BBQ, John ran the pit at Holy Smokes BBQ in Henderson, Texas. With a lean two-person team, the restaurant earned a 4.9-star Google rating and built a following of more than 5,000 people.

Our promise

We cook to the smoker's real capacity, announce quantities honestly, and stop taking orders when a batch is full. Every brisket gets the low heat and proper rest it needs—no shortcuts to stretch the menu.

Panama City, one cook at a time

England BBQ begins with focused pop-ups and pre-orders so we can learn where and how Panama City wants its barbecue. The long-term goal is a small, welcoming café built only after the demand is proven.
